If you’re absolutely sure it’s a hemorrhoid, just start including more fiber in your diet and drink plenty of water. This will soften your stool and make your bowel movements easier…no strain, no pain. Surgery is only necessary in really bad cases. Don’t worry about it. Just improve your diet, kiddo, and you’ll be fine.

i would suggest you you see a ayurvedic{herbal medicine} doctor
