Should I tell my girlfriend if I suspect she has an internal hemorrhoid?

During sexual play, I inserted a finger in her rectum, and felt what I believe to be a small internal hemorrhoid. I think it is a mild case, and she has not mentioned anything about it.

If I mention this to her, will she become embarrassed, or will she be thankful that I was thoughtful enough to be searching for things like this?
